Superintendent

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring for a direct opportunity with a client in Pinehurst, TX . We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for projects involving the inspection, cleaning, repair, coating, and modification of prestressed composite tanks and other concrete structures.
Location: Pinehurst, TX
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $90K - $120K (based on experience)
Travel: Up to 75%

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and coordinate field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Plan, schedule, and track field activities, project milestones, and manpower.
- Identify field issues or conflicts and communicate solutions with the Project Manager.
- Complete required field documentation and reports using a computer/tablet.
- Perform and oversee inspections, cleaning, repairs, and coatings of tanks and concrete structures.
- Document findings and develop repair recommendations for owners and project stakeholders.
- Direct crews of 2+ employees and provide input on employee assignments and disciplinary actions.
- Follow all safety requirements and complete required training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience in water/wastewater, infrastructure repair, or coatings.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance.
- Ability to work at heights and in various field conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and respiratory/fit testing.
- Ability to successfully complete required safety training.
