Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking a Project Management (A02) / Principal Project Management (A03) for the Triton program in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego CA at the Autonomous Design Center of Excellence.
Key duties include:
• Moderate software peer reviews
• Release software documents and media
• Deliver physical media on short notice
• Generate software metrics
• Enforce software process workflows and standards
• Host meetings and trainings
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and auditing materials
• Support the team's day-to-day operations
This position could be filled with either a level 2 or a level 3.
Basic Qualifications:
For a Level 2
2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Experience in authoring and/or quality reviewing technical documents
• Experience collaborating closely with customers and leadership
For a level 3
5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Experience in authoring and/or quality reviewing technical documents
• Experience collaborating closely with customers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior work experience in tech or defense industries
• Prior experience in configuration management
This position requires regular presence at our Rancho Bernardo (San Diego) site, with a hybrid work schedule that included both remote work and on-site work as needed to support business needs.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
