About this role
Director, Business Analysis
BillGO is seeking a Director, Business Analysis to drive data-informed strategy and decision-making across BGX. This role will lead a team supporting both acquisition and existing customer experience analytics, helping drive insights and optimizations.
Youll partner closely with BillGO Exchange leadership, marketing, customer experience, product, data and growth teams to analyze acquisition performance across channels, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities to improve experiences and deliver insights that increase growth, retention and lifetime value. This role plays a key part in ensuring BillGO not only acquires customers—but keeps and grows them effectively.
Why This Role Matters
This role is critical to BillGOs growth because it ensures that customer strategies are effective, scalable, and data-driven. By turning complex marketing, customer behavior, and lifecycle performance data into actionable insights, this role directly impacts how effectively we attract, convert, grow and retain customers to maximize their lifetime value.
Without this role, acquisition and customer retention efforts risk becoming fragmented or inefficient; with it, BillGO gains clear visibility into what drives growth and engagement, enabling smarter, more targeted decisions, faster experimentation, and stronger returns.
