Position Summary

The Service Drive Greeter is the critical first point of contact for clients arriving at our service drive. In this fast-paced, luxury retail environment, you will welcome guests with a warm, upscale demeanor, manage the initial intake flow, and coordinate with our Service Advisor and valet teams to ensure a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

First Impressions: Promptly and warmly greet all arriving service clients, upholding Mercedes-Benz luxury brand standards in presentation and communication.

Traffic Management: Direct the flow of vehicles entering the service drive to ensure safety, efficiency, and a clutter-free environment.

Client Intake & Routing: Verify client appointment information, perform basic data entry, and seamlessly introduce guests to their assigned Service Advisor.

Hospitality & Amenities: Guide guests to our luxury waiting lounge, introduce available amenities (workstations, refreshments), and coordinate alternative transportation like shuttle services or loaner vehicles if needed.

Team Collaboration: Actively communicate guest arrivals and special accommodations to the advisors and porter teams to maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The Luxury Mindset: Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium automotive environments is preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished appearance, clear verbal communication, and a genuinely helpful attitude.

Adaptability: Ability to stay calm, organized, and multi-task efficiently during peak morning and afternoon service rushes.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Schedule: Flexibility to work standard dealership hours, including rotating Saturdays.
