- Facilitate high-impact instructor-led, virtual, workshop, cohort, and train-the-trainer experiences; adapt methods to audience needs and strengthen application, practice, and knowledge retention.
- Create evaluation strategies and analyze feedback, knowledge results, adoption indicators, and on-the-job performance measures to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align learning objectives, content, delivery plans, communications, and reinforcement with business priorities.
- Use learning technology, data, AI-enabled tools, and emerging practices to improve access, scalability, learner experience, and program outcomes in accordance with LPL standards.
- Establish and apply reusable design, facilitation, content, and program-management practices that improve consistency, quality, accessibility, and efficiency across learning solutions.
- Manage scope, milestones, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications; deliver high-quality work on time and within established budgets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to learning colleagues and contributors; review work products and support capability growth within the job area.
