About this role

Diamond is looking for a seasoned  Project Manager who will work with the account management, strategy and creative teams to ensure the successful delivery of the portfolio.

The role is client-centric and is dedicated to a client business enabling the pursuit of short and long-term business goals, client KPIs, client satisfaction, and overall flawless delivery of projects. This position involves leading the management and delivery of a large-scale, multi-product marketing program over the course of a 1-year contract.

The scale is complex and multi-channel, spanning organic and paid web, social, and digital, with an emphasis on content. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day delivery of the program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and delivery stay on track throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this position, the Project Manager must be able to manage many moving parts simultaneously, bringing structure and process to the program, while bringing ideas and creativity to their work each day.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading complex, cross-functional projects

- Working closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Creative services teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Simultaneous management of multiple work streams within their project.

- Collaborate with partner agency to effectively deliver work and adhere to project timelines.

Project Management & Delivery

- Developing project SOWs (in partnership with Account Management), creating and maintaining detailed workback schedules, and managing project budgets.

- Oversee day-to-day progress across multiple projects, proactively identifying risks or blockers throughout the project lifecycle and helping resolve to keep the project on track.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests.

- Monitor project health and budgets, proactively flagging any risks.

- Lead project post-mortem to identify learnings, efficiencies, and project improvements.

Stakeholder Communications

- Providing clear and accurate communication, materials, and documentation to the team and clients.

- Participating in weekly working sessions with client teams, providing project status, answering client questions, and effectively resolving any issues at all stages and levels of the project.

- Leading weekly internal team meetings, internal reviews, and status meetings.

- Conduct rigorous follow-ups to stay on the critical path, ensuring communication of project status to all key stakeholders on a regular established basis

Process & Quality Assurance

- Supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of standardized processes.

- Maintaining process documentation to ensure accuracy.

- Gathering and organizing all client-related assets.

- Maintaining continuity, learning, and quality assurance across projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of project management experience within creative, marketing, media, or advertising agency environment in an integrated project management role

- Proven experience as a project manager (leading) with a solid understanding of project management techniques and methodologies

- Must have a successful track record of campaign work, and a strong understanding of Digital, Social, Content, and delivery at scale.

- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management, and organizational skills

- Motivated by a fast-moving, collaborative work environment

- Superior time management skills to ensure deadlines are adhered to

- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, and adaptability

- Extremely adept in software applications including G-suite, MS Office, Smartsheet, and Workfront
