What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Food & Beverage Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the complete food and beverage operation at Naples Bay Resort & Club, including restaurants, bars, banquets and catering, in-room dining, and outlet-level operations. This position has full responsibility for the financial performance, service standards, associate development, and overall guest and member experience within the Food & Beverage division. The Food & Beverage Director leads and develops the F&B management team, and partners closely with Resort and Club leadership to support the property’s overall business objectives.

What are we looking for?

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and direction for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet and catering operations, in-room dining, and employee dining.
- Maintain full accountability for the Food & Beverage P&L, including revenue generation, food and beverage costs, labor, operating expenses, and departmental profitability.
- Establish annual budgets, financial goals, and operating strategies; monitor performance and implement corrective action as needed to achieve or exceed financial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage leadership team, including the Executive Chef, outlet managers, banquet leadership, and bar management.
- Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, beverage quality, service, presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest and member experience.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development, pricing, food quality, product consistency, and cost management across all outlets.
- Develop and implement Food & Beverage concepts and strategies that reflect the positioning of Naples Bay Resort & Club and meet the expectations of both resort guests and club members.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize banquet, catering, and event revenue; develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure effective execution of group and special-event business.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and other hotel leadership to optimize outlet pricing, banquet space utilization, and overall Food & Beverage revenue.
- Monitor market trends, guest and member feedback, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new concepts, programming, and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, health, sanitation, alcohol service, licensing, and employment regulations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing Food & Beverage associates and managers while developing internal talent and succession plans.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability throughout the Food & Beverage division.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and use financial and service data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Represent Food & Beverage in Resort and Club leadership meetings and provide regular updates regarding financial performance, operational initiatives, staffing, service levels, and business opportunities.
- Partner with other departments, including Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, to ensure a seamless overall guest and member experience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Food & Beverage capital projects, including outlet renovations, equipment replacement, operational enhancements, and new concept development.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout Food & Beverage operations and actively engage with guests, members, and associates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Resort and Club leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and significant hospitality experience may be considered.

Experience

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience , preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or high-end multi-outlet operations.
- Minimum of 4–6 years in a Food & Beverage leadership or department-head role with responsibility for multiple outlets and teams.
- Proven experience with full departmental P&L responsibility , budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.

- Strong background in restaurant, banquet, catering, and beverage operations within a resort, hotel, or private club environment.
- Experience managing high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service and quality standards.
