What You're Applying for
This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t just set direction, you’ll operate in the details, staying close to customer signals, making real-time tradeoffs, and driving execution. Success means cutting through noise to identify what actually matters, turning customer needs into decisive action that consistently moves our business forward. You’ll raise the bar on how product priorities are set and how work gets delivered across Triple Whale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Product team, elevating a high-performing function with strong ownership, accountability, and impact
- Partner closely with the founders and executive leadership team across the full product lifecycle; from strategy and roadmap development through execution, helping drive high-quality delivery and meaningful in-market impact.
- Own product’s impact on core business metrics
- Stay close to customers, data, and market signals to ensure we’re solving the highest-value problems and making the right tradeoffs
- Partner with executive leadership to shape company strategy and ensure product investments align with long-term growth
- Partner closely with Marketing to align on priorities and ensure clear, effective communication of product updates to customers
- Build for modern ecommerce operators, with a deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and growth levers
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years leading Product in a SaaS environment, ideally in startup or high-growth companies
- Experience as part of a leadership team, shaping and communicating product vision cross-functionally
- Strong track record partnering with Engineering leadership to build empowered, high-performing teams
- Deep customer orientation - you naturally stay close to users and ground decisions in real problems
- Strong product judgment and ability to make clear, decisive tradeoffs
- Experience applying LLMs or AI to marketing measurement, attribution, or performance optimization is a strong plus
- Experience in ecommerce, marketing technology, data platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
The expected base salary for this role is $265,000–$295,000 per year.
Eligible employees receive medical coverage; a 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%; 30 days of paid time off accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment; five sick days; and nine paid company holidays. Triple Whale also offers paid parental leave for eligible employees.
