About this role
Description
With complete involvement from day one, you’ll be part of the team that helps deliver nutrition for some of the earliest and most important stages of life. During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Mead Johnson Nutrition’s fast-paced Supply organization, supporting the operations behind Enfamil and our mission to nourish and support early life.
You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects from the start, working alongside cross-functional teams across areas such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain. From optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency to supporting product initiatives and solving real-time supply challenges, your work will contribute directly to getting essential nutrition where it needs to be.
At the heart of the experience is learning through doing. With mentorship and support from experienced leaders and teammates, you’ll build new skills, strengthen your business acumen, and see firsthand what it takes to operate a complex, fast-moving supply network. Your projects will give you real responsibility, meaningful exposure, and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
The internship program will begin on June 2nd and end on August 12th and will be based at the MJN site in Evansville, Indiana.
