About this role

Overall Purpose:
Support commercialization by evaluating local initiatives tailored to market-specific customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities : Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Financial and Volume Modeling: Build sophisticated business cases and forecasts grounded in historical results, seasonality, competitive responses, pricing changes, and product launches to evaluate economics and expected performance.
- Finance Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance to ensure business cases use sound, supportable financial assumptions and methodologies that align with their expectations, while resolving questions and incorporating feedback throughout the approval process.
- Performance: Monitor offer, product, and channel performance using key broadband metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and refine assumptions.
- Communication: Distill complex analyses into concise conclusions and recommendations, communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences, and influence decisions across stakeholder groups.
- Growth Support: Identify efficient opportunities to expand market reach, strengthen competitive positioning, optimize incentives, and improve acquisition and retention outcomes across AT&T’s broadband and converged product portfolio.

Job Contribution: Focus supporting local initiatives while collaborating closely with key partner teams. The ideal candidate will excel at developing sophisticated business case models and communicating insights clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, ranging from peers to senior executives.

Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.


Our Lead Commercialization jobs earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
