About our Team
Product Delivery and Consulting (PDC) is a customer-focused organization dedicated to helping customers and internal stakeholders implement, adopt, and operate products and services successfully. Through consulting, implementation support, customer communications, customer insights, audit management, and enterprise transformation initiatives, the team improves customer readiness, generates actionable insights, reduces operational risk, and drives positive customer outcomes. The Operational CX team connects customer feedback with business action by gathering customer insights, supporting governance activities, and helping teams focus on improvements that matter most to customers.
About the Role
The Voice of Customer & Customer Insights Intern will support customer-listening programs by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and helping transform customer insights into actionable recommendations. This role provides practical experience in customer experience management, survey research, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The intern will contribute to initiatives that improve customer experiences and business outcomes while developing practical skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis. The role focuses on organizing, interpreting, and communicating customer feedback; business stakeholders remain responsible for prioritization and implementation decisions.
- Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.

- Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
Responsibilities
- Support Voice of Customer programs by assisting with surveys, customer feedback channels, and customer listening activities.
- Monitor and organize customer feedback, categorize comments, identify recurring themes and emerging trends, and surface potentially high-impact customer pain points for review by the appropriate team members.
- Analyze CSAT, VoC survey, and qualitative customer experience data to identify customer pain points, satisfaction drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop recommendations, trend summaries, reports, and leadership-ready presentations that translate feedback into business insights and help connect customer themes to potential customer and business impacts, where supported by available information.
- Support survey-improvement initiatives through survey creation, testing, quality assurance, response monitoring, documentation of survey methods and processes, and recommendations for improving feedback collection.
- Track customer-driven improvement actions, maintain action logs, monitor follow-up progress across stakeholder groups, and help document completed improvements and unresolved issues.
- Explore opportunities to enhance Voice of Customer processes through automation, reporting enhancements, AI-assisted analysis techniques, and research into Voice of Customer and customer-experience practices.
- Contribute to defined internship deliverables such as customer feedback summaries, theme and trend reports, survey performance analysis, action-tracking updates, and a final presentation with recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of May 2028.
- Coursework, academic projects, volunteer work, or professional experience in Customer Experience, Voice of Customer, Survey Research, Market Research, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Behavioral Research, or related disciplines is welcome.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data, perform basic analysis, create clear visuals, and prepare concise reports or presentations.
- Analytical skills and the ability to review quantitative and qualitative feedback, identify themes and trends, and recognize improvement opportunities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings and communicate insights clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, document progress, and work across multiple business functions.
- Organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with, or an interest in learning, survey, customer-feedback, or reporting tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Power BI, or Tableau is welcomed but not required. Interest in automation, AI-assisted analysis, customer behavior, customer experience, and business outcomes is also welcomed.
