Vous avez une solide expérience en conception et analyse EWIS, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine de l'ingénierie aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous!

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Spécialiste en Système d'Interconnexion Câblage Électrique pour rejoindre notre équipe EWIS Integration & Support basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à la conception, au développement et à l'intégration des systèmes d'interconnexion de câblage électrique.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe EWIS Integration & Support chargée de la conception, de l'analyse, de l'intégration et de la conformité réglementaire des systèmes d'interconnexion de câblage électrique (EWIS) pour le Programme A220 d'AIRBUS.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu e Spécialiste en Système d'Interconnexion Câblage Électrique sera d'assurer la conception, le développem ent, la validation et la conformité aux normes de navigabilité des systèmes EWIS tout en soutenant la production et le service client .

Vos défis :

- Développer et analyser les conceptions EWIS, incluant le cheminement des faisceaux, la sélection des composants et les schémas électriques via des outils CAO spécialisés.
- Réaliser les analyses de contraintes, thermiques et de compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) pour les composants et systèmes EWIS.
- Collaborer avec les autres disciplines d'ingénierie (structure, systèmes, fabrication) pour assurer une intégration fluide des systèmes.
- Participer aux revues de conception, aux essais de validation et aux activités de certification EWIS.
- Soutenir les équipes de fabrication et d'assemblage lors de la résolution de problèmes EWIS en production.
- Enquêter et résoudre les problèmes EWIS en service en proposant des solutions et actions correctives efficaces.
- Mantenir une documentation complète des conceptions, spécifications et résultats d'essais EWIS.
- Assurer une veille sur les normes de l'industrie, les réglementations (TCCA, EASA, FAA) et les évolutions technologique s.

Votre profil :

- Diplôme universitaire (Baccalauréat) en génie électrique, génie aérospatial ou domaine connexe.
- Solide expérience en conception et analyse EWIS au sein de l'industrie aérospatiale.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de conception EWIS (ex: CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE, Capital Harness XC ou équivalent).
- Excellente compréhension des systèmes électriques d'aéronefs, des pratiques de câblage et des technologies d'interconnexion.
- Connaissance des réglementations de navigabilité applicables aux EWIS (ex: CS-25, FAR 25, TCCA, EASA).
- Expérience pratique des processus d'essais et de certification EWIS.
- Excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes, souci du détail et aptitude au travail en équipe multidisciplinaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en anglais et en français .

Déplacements requis :

<5% de déplacements nationaux et internationaux.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Electrical Wiring Interconnection System Specialist to join our EWIS Integration & Support team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work on the design, development, and integration of electrical wiring interconnection systems .

You will be part of the EWIS Integration & Support team responsible for designing, analyzing, integrating, and ensuring regulatory compliance of electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for Airbus aircraft .

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Electrical Wiring Interconnection System Specialist will be to ensure EWIS design, development, validation, and compliance with airworthiness regulations while supporting production and in-service fleets .

Your challenges:

- Develop and analyze EWIS designs, including harness routing, component selection, and electrical schematics using specialized CAD tools.
- Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments for EWIS components and systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (structural, systems, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration of EWIS with aircraft systems.
- Participate in design reviews, validation testing, and certification activities for EWIS.
- Support manufacturing and assembly teams in resolving EWIS-related issues during production.
- Investigate and troubleshoot in-service EWIS issues, proposing effective solutions and corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of EWIS designs, specifications, and test results.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations (e.g., TCCA, EASA, FAA), and technological advancements in EWIS.

Your boarding pass:

- Educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree) in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in EWIS design and analysis within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in EWIS design software (e.g., CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE, Capital Harness XC).
- Strong understanding of aircraft electrical systems, wiring practices, and interconnection technologies.
- Knowledge of relevant airworthiness regulations (e.g., CS-25, FAR 25, TCCA, EASA) pertaining to EWIS.
- Experience with EWIS testing and certification processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.

Travel Required:

<5% Domestic and International.

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
