Attorney-Partner (PIP and Auto Liability)

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a Partner-level Attorney with a strong background in PIP and Auto Liability litigation to support our New York office. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team, collaborate closely with senior firm leadership, and build your legacy on a platform designed to support growth, innovation, and long-term success.

We are looking for a legal leader with 5+ years of experience in PIP and Auto Liability litigation , a demonstrated history of managing cases. You will play a key role in the strategic expansion of our PIP and Auto Liability division in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement

- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to clients on various legal issues

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances

- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts in a professional manner

- Stay current on relevant legal developments and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar

- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a primary focus on PIP and Auto Liability matters

- Prior leadership experience managing legal teams and handling high-stakes litigation

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client development and practice growth
