About this role

Systems Engineer, Senior
The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to impact the National Security Space Sector? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a leader in systems engineering, we are looking for you to solve complex problems and shape national security space systems by leading agile systems engineering and integration efforts. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through requirements management processes within planning, design, implementation, testing, and release phases of a developmental and operational system’s life cycle, while broadening your skillset into areas like cloud architecture and modern software lifecycle management. You will trace requirements, acceptance criteria, performance requirements, and key performance parameters (KPPs). Additionally, you will identify gaps between requirements and development team activities, coordinate across teams to update the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), and communicate changes through the Engineering Review Board (ERB). You will also apply mission engineering principles to analyze mission threads, align system capabilities to operational needs, and ensure architectures are optimized for mission success across the space enterprise. Grow your skills by merging systems engineering and agile adoption of cloud technologies to create a resilient ground system infrastructure for space domain awareness across national security space programs. Join our team and create the future of Intelligence Community space programs!

Join us. The world can't wait.
