Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 4232 East Chandler Blvd, Suite 24 Phoenix, Arizona 85048
Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Porgram
Physical Therapist – Orthopedic & Sports Medicine
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with experience treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
We welcome new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations. Advanced certifications such as SCS, OCS, or CSCS are highly valued. This is a weekday-only schedule , providing excellent work-life balance while allowing you to grow your expertise alongside an exceptional clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
