Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager / PE
Job Description The Civil Project Manager/PE will be leading the development of plans, permitting processes, and contacts (both municipal and developer side) for industrial, commercial, and residential land development projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Responsibilities:
- Support project management activities, including project scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
- Ability to lead the planning and design of hydraulic and storm water collection systems
- Create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems, including static and extended period simulations as needed
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to teach and train design engineering staff to better assist in project design
- Proficiency in design, development and management of projects
- Flexibility in managing job tasks as deadlines and priorities change
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, and public agencies
Top Skills & Requirements:
- PE License or ability to obtain one is preferred
- 5-8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development projects.
- Proficiency in management and development of projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software for civil design and site development.
- Ability to assist in the planning and design of hydraulic and stormwater collection systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing job tasks as project needs evolve.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with clients, agencies, and team members.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. -7 Paid Holidays
