POSITION SUMMARY:

Flint Group’s mission is to bring color to the world through innovative, sustainable packaging ink solutions and best in class Print Services.

- We are seeking a results driven Project Manager to lead and execute key initiatives for a global packaging ink supplier. This role is focused on driving outcomes through cross-functional leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact. Strong leadership, execution, and project delivery experience are the priority. Remote based but Able to travel up to 20% to customer sites, manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping through implementation and post-launch review

- Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, operations, technical, client and supply chain teams

- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Hold teams accountable and ensure consistent progress toward milestones

- Identify risks early and proactively manage issues, escalations, and dependencies

- Interface with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution

- Deliver measurable business results including cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue impact

- Track and communicate project status, KPIs, and financial outcomes to leadership

- Support strategic initiatives including new business launches, process improvements, and cost reduction efforts

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field

- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments

- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel (20–40%)

Preferred (Not Required)

- Experience in packaging, printing, inks, coatings, or related industries

- Background in customer-facing roles or in-plant environments

- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

- PMP or equivalent project management certification
