Registered Nurse - Med/Surg 36 hr rotator

Job Description:

J5 is an adult and geriatric medical/surgical unit and a thirteen bed pediatric unit. The pediatric area specializes in the delivery of comprehensive medical and surgical care of the pediatric patient from neonate to twenty years of age. The most frequent medical diagnoses for adult and geriatric medical patients are Asthma Pneumonia Gastrointestinal bleeding Bronchitis Hypovolemic Cellulitis Diverticulitis Abdominal painAs a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments,observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualified candidates

- graduate of an accredited school of nursing

- current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license

- BSN preferred

- BCLS required

Pay Range:
$37.00 - $84.71

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.  The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
