YOUR MISSION

- Finance Business Partner for Commercial Management, Sales Leadership and Key Account Teams.
- Become expert in trade-term agreements and ensure adherence and compliance (including Accounts receivables monitoring and potential delivery stops)
- Constant order book & Secured Business reviews, derive profitability results and develop rolling forecasts and midterm outlook (net 1 and net 2 based)
- Create business cases for special sales activities including clearance deals
- Monitor individual Customer P&Ls with focus on terms & conditions, product mix effects and marketing support
- Closely work with regional sales operations and regional merchandising. Review sell-thru reports and free to sell opportunities
- Maintain and document further develop existing reports with focus on BI Reporting
- Drive Financial planning processes and prepare monthly financial meetings
- Leverage automation, digital tools and AI-based solutions to enhance reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy and analytical capabilities

YOUR TALENT

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial controlling, financial planning, sales controlling, or business partnering, preferably in a consumer goods, retail, fashion, footwear, or sporting goods environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial finance, including customer P&Ls, trade terms, profitability analysis, order book management, forecasting, and business case development.
- Strong analytical and digital capabilities with advanced knowledge of Excel and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, combined with an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and advise senior commercial and sales stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
