Are you an experienced automotive salesperson, appraiser, or buyer who knows how to talk to customers, negotiate, and close a deal?

Were looking for a motivated Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our inventory by purchasing vehicles directly from customers.

HERE'S WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT:

Our Service Department sees approximately 1,500 customers every month.

That means 1,500 vehicle owners are already walking through our doors.

Your job is to identify the customers who may be ready to sell their vehicle, appraise it, make the offer, and acquire the vehicle for our dealership.

You will also have opportunities to source vehicles through other channels and build your own pipeline of sellers.

You won't be waiting for customers to walk into the showroom. You'll be going after the business.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

✅ Has automotive sales, appraisal, or buying experience
✅ Is comfortable approaching customers and asking for the sale
✅ Can accurately evaluate vehicles and negotiate purchases
✅ Has strong communication and follow-up skills
✅ Is competitive, self-motivated and driven to earn
✅ Wants an opportunity with significant upside

- Available to work flexible hours and weekends

- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
