***This position is for an Assistant Property Manager based at 700 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario***
About the role
Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanour to everything you do. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a Class "A" commercial office building, overseeing operations and financial activities and fostering meaningful relationships with our occupants and property owners. By handling service contracts, supervising bid packages, completing property inspections, and making recommendations, you can continually share your innovative ideas to improve how we manage our properties.
- You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, occupants, vendors and contractors.
- You respond promptly to occupants’ needs to meet license agreement obligations.
- You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.
- You successfully lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
- College diploma or bachelor's degree.
- in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field.
- An RPA designation is considered a strong asset.
- Two to four years of demonstrated experience in real estate management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe.
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Track record of picking up different software quickly.
- Experience with contracts and license agreements.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $74,700 to $77,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
