The Product Analyst I plays a key role in supporting and enhancing PSECU's Digital Banking experience with a focus on meeting member needs and business objectives. This position requires an understanding of web and mobile application development, digital banking products and services, and product delivery processes. The role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support the analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of digital banking features and services. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for building effective working relationships and contributing to successful product outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing product and member data, creating and maintaining documentation, supporting product initiatives, developing visual mockups, and assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of digital banking products and services.

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 4:00pm. Onsite requirement 40%; 2 days a week.

In this position, you will

- Product Analysis & Insights: Analyze digital banking products, member feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support product decisions.
- Requirements & Documentation: Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation.
- Product Delivery Support: Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and vendors to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of digital banking features and services.
- Member Experience Improvement: Evaluate member experiences, create visual mockups and workflows, and support initiatives that improve usability and member satisfaction.
- Operational & Production Support: Investigate product issues, support incident resolution, maintain knowledge resources, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaboration & Professional Development: Build effective working relationships across the organization, remain knowledgeable of digital banking trends, and continuously develop product and technology expertise.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelors: Business Administration (Required), Bachelors: Computer Science (Required), Bachelors: Management Information Systems (Required), Bachelors (Required)

Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
Experience with analytics, reporting, wireframing, or process mapping tools. | Not Required
Experience with digital products, web/mobile applications, or financial services. | Not Required
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in technology, business, finance, or other related fields. | Required
