Fooji is a B2B2C marketing software company with purpose built logistics and human backed support. Our platform helps enterprise brands run sweepstakes and giveaway campaigns, send creator and influencer gifting at scale, and fulfill orders from marketing-driven pop-up social commerce stores - all backed by our own warehouse and fulfillment operations, so we actually get products into people's hands, not just run a dashboard. Our clients span CPG, hospitality, retail, and entertainment.
This role is based onsite at our Lexington, KY warehouse.
About the Role
Fooji brings brand campaigns to life by getting real products into fans' hands. If you've worked in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment and you like keeping a fast-moving operation on track, we'd love to talk. You'll own daily outbound shipping: prepping orders, working with carriers, solving problems as they come up, and making sure every package leaves on time.
We love hearing new ideas. If you see a way to make shipping faster or more accurate, tell us. You'll work closely with our warehouse crew, Logistics, and Project Management teams, and you'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between them.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize the day's shipping work around campaign deadlines and carrier cutoffs
- Verify order details, addresses, and special packaging requirements before anything ships
- Record package weights and dimensions, and print labels in our WMS and carrier portals
- Prepare shipping paperwork, including labels, packing slips, manifests, and bills of lading
- Support international shipments with documents like commercial invoices
- Schedule driver pickups, coordinate staging with the warehouse crew, and confirm counts at handoff
- Track packages, resolve delivery issues and missed pickups, and manage claims and reshipments
- Keep records accurate and update order statuses throughout the day
- Keep the shipping area organized and reorder supplies before they run low
- Follow safety procedures and suggest improvements to speed and accuracy
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment
- Comfort with WMS platforms and carrier shipping tools
- A solid understanding of parcel carriers, shipping labels, and pickup routines
- A sharp eye for detail when checking paperwork and entering data
- The ability to stay organized and prioritize under tight deadlines
- Clear, friendly communication with teammates and drivers
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with good judgment about when to fix an issue yourself and when to escalate it
- Comfort with spreadsheets and email, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be able to work on-site in our Lexington, KY warehouse
Nice to Haves
- Freight and BOL experience
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation
- Experience in campaign or promotional fulfillment
- Spanish fluency (a big plus!)
