Commercial & Contract Manager
About the Role
We are looking for Commercial & Contract Management professionals to join our team and play a key role in supporting business growth, protecting commercial interests, and driving successful outcomes across complex client engagements.
As a Commercial & Contract Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from bid support and contract negotiation to execution, governance, risk management, and commercial optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage commercial and contractual activities across bids, client engagements, and account portfolios.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements and contract documents.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, and operational risks.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure compliance with business and contractual requirements.
- Support contract governance processes, commercial controls, and engagement reviews.
- Contribute to pricing, commercial modeling, and profitability discussions where required.
- Manage contract changes, claims, disputes, and escalations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, and performance commitments throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client counterparts to facilitate successful contract execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the Commercial & Contract Management community.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members when appropriate.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Commercial Management, Contract Management, Legal Operations, Procurement, Bid Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and commercial governance principles.
- Experience supporting technology, engineering, consulting, professional services, or outsourcing environments is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess commercial risks and propose practical business solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing medium to large-scale commercial agreements.
- Exposure to contract negotiations, change management, claims management, or dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with commercial governance frameworks and risk management processes.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and global stakeholders.
- Previous mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus.
