Restoration Sales First Responder

All American Water Restoration is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Restoration First Responder / Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be one of the first people our customers meet during a water, mold, fire, or other restoration emergency. You’ll assess the situation, document the loss, communicate solutions to the customer, and help turn restoration opportunities into successful projects.
What You'll Do
• Respond to emergency restoration calls and customer needs
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and customers on-site
• Inspect, photograph, and document property damage
• Complete Matterport scans and required job documentation
• Prepare and present estimates
• Explain restoration services and next steps to customers
• Obtain required signatures and payments
• Follow up with customers and pending sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate job information and notes in DASH
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners
• Participate in the company's on-call rotation

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Comfortable with sales and customer interactions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn DASH and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or sales experience is a plus

Physical Requirements
This is an active field position. The ability to work in wet, uneven, and challenging environments is required. Must be able to frequently lift approximately 10 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
