The Job:
As an End User Solutions Manager , you’ll be part of our DEWALT Experience & Innovation Center (XIC) team as an employee based in Towson, MD. You’ll get to:
- Serve as a primary presenter for visitors at the XIC, adapting content and delivery style based on audience needs with a focus on professional trades including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, metalworking.
- Partner with the Director to activate and continuously refine the DEWALT storytelling framework for a variety of audiences and event types.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training of key DEWALT solutions.
- Participate in intake and planning discussions to understand visitor objectives and customize experiences accordingly.
- Collaborate with product, brand, sales, end user, and trade marketing teams to ensure experiences reflect current business priorities and innovation stories.
- Facilitate discussions that generate actionable customer and market insights, capturing feedback to help improve products, messaging, and experiences.
- Build strong relationships with visitors, creating an environment that encourages open dialogue and authentic engagement.
- Monitor visitor feedback and experience metrics, identifying opportunities to improve content, delivery, and overall impact.
- Stay connected to industry trends, construction workflows, emerging technologies, and customer needs to continuously evolve storytelling relevance.
- Support special events, executive visits, influencer engagements, customer meetings, and strategic brand initiatives.
- Support ongoing fabrication and updates of key assets.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades with a depth of knowledge in at least one specific trade vertical (ie electrical).
- Strong understanding of general construction or industrial workflows, customer challenges, and jobsite realities.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both small and large audiences.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling stories while actively listening to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, customer curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
