Retail Donation Attendant

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-Time  Retail  Donation Attendant positions   at our
Midland  store located at 2030 N. Saginaw Rd, Midland MI

$15.00  an hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals donating to Goodwill.
- Greet donors with a friendly, professional greeting. 
- Help donors safely transport their donations from their vehicle to the back room.
- Assist with customer and donor concerns, addressing them in a professional manner.
- Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form
- Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the back room and on the sales floor. 
-  Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

- Ability to reach, bend or stoop?
- Ability to stand six to eight hours a day
- Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic
