Inside Sales Representative
Purpose of Position
Supports the commercial activities of the Sales Department through quotation management, monitoring of business opportunities, and day-to-day communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and submits quotations to customers.
- Monitors the progress of quotations and business opportunities.
- Manages incoming customer requests and inquiries.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Maintains up-to-date customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborates with Operational departments to collect information and costing data.
- Contributes to the development of new business opportunities through telephone and email communication with customers.
