REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience health care setting
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) OR RN (REGISTERED NURSE) OR PT (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) OR PTA (PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR COTA (CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR SLP (SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST) OR RRT (REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST)
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a rehabilitation facility preferred
