About this role
About Chamber
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in America. At Chamber, we are rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients.
Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale.
Role Overview
Chamber is hiring its first dedicated Financial Analyst to help build the financial infrastructure behind our next stage of growth. As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence provider strategy, growth priorities, corporate development, and executive decisions.
You’ll partner across Finance, Growth, and Network Operations to evaluate provider economics, build financial plans and scenarios, and improve KPI reporting. Your analysis will help Chamber assess new markets, structure provider partnerships and incentives, and allocate resources with greater confidence.
This is an opportunity to shape both the work and how it gets done. You’ll use tools such as Claude to create faster, more flexible models, automate recurring reporting, and deliver timely insights—helping establish a lean, modern finance function that scales with the company.
