About this role

This role supports the successful execution of auctions and daily site operations. Crew Members work across a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to equipment handling, customer service, driving, site upkeep, and auction-day support. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and customer experience while performing duties that ensure our auctions run smoothly and professionally.

- Valid driver’s license (class requirements may vary by location/role).

- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and following procedures.

- Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate light/heavy equipment (training provided).

- Customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.

- Willingness to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during auction periods.

- Previous experience in yard operations, equipment handling, or auction environments.

- Knowledge of farming, construction, or industrial equipment.

- Certification in First Aid, Loader Operation, or other relevant safety training.

- Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, service industry).
