Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
* Extensive experience working within matrixed multi-disciplinary teams focused on meeting the challenging program commitments associated to new and ramping programs
* Demonstrated ability to work with and gain credibility across the shop floor and offices including with executive leadership, customers and regulating authorities
* Track record of establishing lasting internal and external relationships with peers, customer and partners
* Experience with Production, Engineering/Develpment, Capital and/or Transition to Production programs
* Proven success working in cross-functional teams in technical, scheduling and cost performance
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Demonstated risk and opportunity managment skills
* Willing and able to support travel
* Ability to obtrain DoW Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
* Program or Project Management experience leading cross-functional teams in the execution of program commitments and achieving challenging goals
* Strategic thinker, able to develop and execute plans to resolve current issues while maintaining the vision to identify and mitigate future issues
* Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Supply Chain experience
* Experience with production ramp ups, new design cut in, increasing production capacity, improving thru put, high rate production programs
* Demonstrated knowledge of Aerospace/Defense manufacturing techniques, materials, qualifications/inspections
* Ability to build teams and develop talent
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
