About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Global Service Lifecycle Specialist to serve as the operational anchor of our global service portfolio. In this role, you won't just manage services—you will bridge the gap between product strategy, operations, and customer success.

Working closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional Operations, you will ensure our service offerings remain robust, profitable, and seamless throughout every phase of the product lifecycle.  Location: Loveland, CO or Fort Collins, CO. The role is hybrid

Travel: 10-15% international travel

Key Responsibilities

- Service Lifecycle Ownership: Manage and continuously optimize launched global service offerings to maximize customer value, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- End-of-Life (EOL) & Parts Management: Lead EOL service transition strategies, execute Last-Time-Buy (LTB) spare parts planning, and ensure long-term warranty and support obligations are fulfilled.
- Pricing & Portfolio Governance: Administer global service pricing updates, maintain ERP system configuration, and ensure accurate cross-functional communication.
- Partner Network Enablement: Support Ott’s global network of Authorized Service Centers through training, onboarding, quality audits, and operational collateral.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather and analyze feedback to resolve service challenges, refine standard operating procedures, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Utilize continuous improvement tools (Veralto Enterprise System / Kaizen) to integrate service requirements into product roadmap decisions.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B service operations, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or technical support.
- Strong project management, data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with business analytics/ERP tools
- Willingness to travel globally (~10–15%).

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
