About this role
Do you love people coffee, and creating welcoming spaces? Pillars Caf is looking for a friendly and dependable Barista/Sales Associate to help create a warm, community-centered caf experience for guests and church attendees.
In this role, youll craft quality coffee and espresso drinks, serve light refreshments, and provide genuine hospitality that makes every guest feel seen and welcomed. Youll help keep the caf running smoothly by handling transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and supporting the team during busy services and special events.

What Youll Do:
- Work Part-Time, 15–25 Hours Per Week
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, and refreshments with consistency and care
- Deliver warm, welcoming customer service
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately
- Maintain caf cleanliness and organization
- Restock supplies and support team operations during busy times
- Weekend Schedules are required
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and a collaborative team mindset
- Experience with espresso machines or POS systems preferred
- Basic food safety knowledge and a current Food Handlers Card
