We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to play a key role in keeping materials, products, and information flowing smoothly throughout our operation. What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records that support production and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders
✅ Identify and document shipment discrepancies or damaged materials
✅ Prepare, package, and label customer orders for shipment
✅ Generate shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records
✅ Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
✅ Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory records
✅ Organize inventory for efficient retrieval and material flow
✅ Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams
✅ Follow safety procedures, company policies, and shipping standards
✅ Support additional operational activities as needed
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or administrative environments
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to work within inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S and Standard Work
