## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara FBC Toluquilla.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager , the Supply Chain Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

- Analyze and resolve material, supplier, invoice, and payment-related issues.
- Monitor supply chain risks and support actions to prevent production or shipment interruptions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
- Support payment planning, invoice reconciliation, and supplier account reviews.
- Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and executive summaries.
- Lead supplier escalations and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Baan, or equivalent.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Baan, or equivalent).
- Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Supply Chain & Materials Planning Knowledge.
