About the Role

The Global Logistics CI PM - Process Intelligence leads data-driven continuous improvement across global transportation operations by leveraging transportation management and process mining capabilities. The role provides end-to-end visibility of transportation processes, identifies inefficiencies and value leakage, and translates insights into a prioritized improvement pipeline. Working across regions and functions, this position enables fact-based decision-making, process harmonization, and scalable optimization of cost, service performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead end-to-end visibility of global transportation processes using process mining tools to monitor performance and identify deviations.

- Analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual interventions, lead time variances, and cost leakage drivers.

- Drive structured regional follow-up to support consistent execution of global transportation standards.

- Enhance Global Transportation Excellence standards and identify adoption or performance gaps across regions.

- Quantify financial and operational impact of improvement opportunities, including cost, service, productivity, and working capital benefits.

- Apply standardized methodologies for value calculation and baseline management.

- Consolidate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on value, feasibility, and scalability.

- Leverage data from process mining platforms, OTM, SAP, and related systems to generate actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models aligned with business needs.

- Provide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and support governance, tracking, and realization of continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in global transportation or logistics operations.

- At least 4 years of experience in process design, optimization, or efficiency programs.

- Proven project management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.

- Strong expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools, TMS platforms, and SAP data structures.

- Experience in data-driven decision making, value identification, and quantification.

- Knowledge of transport operations across multiple modes, including sea freight, bulk, and temperature-controlled logistics .

- Experience implementing logistics continuous improvement initiatives and driving adoption of standards across regions.

- Advanced analytical, dashboard development, and data interpretation capabilities.

- Professional English communication skills; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.

- Ability to travel up to 25% and work effectively in a global environment.
