Who You Are:

You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for transportation / supply chain operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills to analyze data, track performance, and optimize transportation processes. A natural collaborator, you excel at building relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance reporting, improve carrier performance, and drive operational efficiencies. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively makes you a valuable asset to any team. With a strong foundation in data analysis and transportation metrics, you are eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving logistics environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop extensive knowledge of all Transportation Data sources (transportation management systems, freight payment systems, SAP, etc.)
- Source transportation carrier data and validate for financial and organizational reporting
- Create and present monthly Transportation Performance reviews for internal stakeholders
- Own reporting of transportation financial metrics
- Analyze, track and validate carrier SLAs (i.e. On-Time Performance, costs, etc.)
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance reports and dashboards
- Develop performance KPIs for carriers.
- Partner with carrier contacts to develop enhanced KPI monitoring
- Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting for outbound freight as required
- Participate in transportation and related projects as required
- Provide support and back up to Transportation team for operational needs

You’ll Need to Have:

- 1 - 5 years of experience with Supply Chain experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Analytical with strong Excel skills
- Team-player with excellent relationship-building skills

We’d Love to See:

- Degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
- Apparel or footwear experience highly preferred

Compensation Range:
70,000.00 - 82,400.00 USD
