Duties and Responsibilities:

The Service Coordinator manages the Service Technicians schedule, oversees daily Service Technicians interactions with customers, handles any complaints or questions and reports to the Department Manager as necessary.

- Manages Service Technicians schedule.

- Acts as liaison between Salesmen, Builders, Homeowners and Service Department.

- Answers questions regarding service.

- Addresses and resolves any issues or complaints relating to service.

- Reports problems and unresolved issues to Department Manager.

- Writes up service requests and service reports.

- Schedules appointment with builders or homeowners.

- Maintains service parts for open service orders.

Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.

- Exhibits strong organizational skills.

- Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or homeowners.

- Works well with a team.

- Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

- Is capable of conducting independent research.

- Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor.

- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

- Is able to multi-task effectively.
