About this role

Ready to kickstart your career with one of Aotearoa's leading outdoor media companies? We’re on the lookout for a curious and motivated self-starter to join us as our newest Programmatic Campaign Executive!

Life at QMS New Zealand? It’s anything but ordinary!

We’re curious minds who go beyond the brief. We dive deep to understand challenges and create out of the ordinary solutions for our clients and partners. We bring creativity and innovation to the world of outdoor advertising, from digital billboards to street furniture and everything in between.

Our team is passionate, authentic, and buzzing with energy. As a growing business with an exciting future, we push boundaries, celebrate the wins, challenge each other with fresh thinking, and evolve together. With an inclusive and supportive environment, you’ll feel empowered to be yourself and bring your unique strengths to the table.

About the role:

Step straight into Programmatic Out of Home, one of the fastest-growing, data-led, and technology-focused sectors in advertising, putting you at the absolute forefront of digital ad-tech innovation.

As a Programmatic Campaign Executive, you’ll support client campaigns from initial brief through to execution and post-campaign reporting. Working collaboratively with our sales team, you’ll help demystify programmatic trading and optimise our premium digital outdoor inventory to solve client challenges and deliver maximum impact across Aotearoa.

What you'll be up to:

- Respond to programmatic briefs and team up with our sales reps to assist in explaining programmatic campaigns to clients.
- Plan programmatic campaigns by analysing client briefs and positioning our QMS inventory to perfectly meet their requirements.
- Manage asset inventory, ensure quality control, and handle accurate data entry across our programmatic systems.
- Track campaigns, and deliver comprehensive reports like Post Campaign Analysis and POPs (proof of plays).

What we’re looking for:

- Previous systems administration experience, bonus for having a good understanding of reporting and data management.
- Experience using MS products (particularly Excel) and the Google suite of products.
- A curious, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset with an enquiring and analytical mind.
- A quick thinker and problem solver who contributes fresh ideas and solutions and takes ownership of tasks.
- An excellent communicator who collaborates well, and easily interacts with a diverse range of people.

What’s in it for you:

- A people‑first environment where authenticity and creativity shape how we work and how we treat each other.
- An inclusive, respectful culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and welcomes you to bring your whole self to the team.
- A place where your ideas matter. We champion curiosity, fresh thinking, and brave questions.
- Flexibility that fits your life, because we know great work and a great life go hand‑in‑hand.

The Perks:

- Volunteer Leave: 2 days Volunteer Leave to contribute to causes or communities that are close to your heart.
- EAP: Professional wellbeing support services for you and your family, including counselling, nutritional coaching, financial coaching, 24/7 crisis counselling, and First Nations mental health and wellbeing support.
- Wellbeing Gateway App: Access tools and resources to support you and your family’s wellbeing journey including meditations, workouts, recipes, wellbeing programs and wellbeing tracking.
- Health Program: Annual vaccinations, skins checks, healthy lifestyle checks and mental health first aid training.
- Employee Benefits: Access meaningful savings in the areas that matter most with discounts on groceries, utilities, gym memberships, food and entertainment, health insurance and more!
- Learning and Development: Transform the way you learn, grow and engage with an annual program of technical and human skills.
