Core Clinical & Leadership Skill Requirements
---
Owner Alignment & Positive Practice Leadership
You will serve as the owner's primary clinical partner, actively translating the practice's vision into everyday practice culture. Most importantly, you bring infectious positivity and clear communication to the team, inspiring clinical assistants, resolving daily operational hurdles, and maintaining an encouraging atmosphere where every team member feels valued.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration (Front & Back Office)
While managing back-office excellence, you will maintain a strong, positive partnership with front office leadership, associate doctors, and hygienists. You proactively align daily schedules, streamline patient hand-offs, assist with treatment presentation details, and ensure smooth, supportive communication between clinical and administrative teams.
Digital Dentistry & Intraoral Scanning
Proficiency with intraoral scanning is essential for this role. You will lead our digital impression workflows, capture high-precision 3D scans for restorations and aligners, and train clinical staff on digital protocols to eliminate traditional impressions and elevate the patient experience.
Surgical & Implant Dentistry (Placement to Restoration)
We require hands-on experience in both the surgical placement and final restoration phases of dental implants. You will oversee surgical suite preparation, sterile field setups, bone grafting protocols, surgical guide utilization, custom abutments, and final implant crown delivery.
Comprehensive General Dentistry & Endodontics
You must possess deep experience across all areas of general dentistry, with specific confidence in endodontic procedures. You will manage complex multi-specialty setups, assist through pulpotomies, root canals, post-and-core builds, and restorative care, ensuring seamless doctor support and maximum patient comfort.
Orthodontic Care & Workflows
Our practice delivers comprehensive orthodontic care, requiring your expertise in aligner tracking, bracket bonding setups, wire changes, and debonding visits. You will guide patients through their orthodontic care, answer clinical questions, and keep treatment timelines on track.
Facility Management & Office Organization
Beyond chairside care, you will take ownership of clinical facility management and back-office organization. You will oversee clinical inventory, establish structured supply setups across treatment rooms, manage lab case tracking, ensure sterilization compliance, and maintain a pristine, hyper-organized facility.
