Your Role with Us
As an Existing Business Adviser, you play a key role in delivering exceptional support to advisers and helping create seamless experiences for their customers. Acting as the primary contact for an allocated portfolio, you build trusted relationships, take ownership of enquiries, and work closely with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. This is a relationship-focused role where your expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service excellence make a meaningful impact every day. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement, encourage digital adoption, and further develop your stakeholder management and customer service capabilities within a collaborative environment.
Your Impact
- Build and strengthen trusted relationships across an allocated adviser portfolio, delivering a responsive and customer-centric experience.
- Resolve adviser enquiries and operational issues proactively, ensuring timely outcomes and high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and support positive customer outcomes.
- Promote digital tools and solutions that improve efficiency, enhance experiences, and support greater adoption.
- Maintain accurate and compliant administrative processes that uphold quality standards and audit readiness.
- Identify and contribute process improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery and business performance.
Your Capabilities
- You have strong relationship-building skills and create positive partnerships with advisers, customers, and colleagues.
- You bring excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, confidently managing enquiries and resolving issues.
- You have the confidence to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- You bring sound judgement and make well-informed decisions using available information and business guidelines.
- You have strong attention to detail and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- You may also have experience in customer service, contact centre environments, financial services, or insurance, helping you quickly build credibility and understanding in the role.
