Position Overview

Civeo is seeking an accomplished P&C systems and transformation leader to take strategic ownership of our P&C technology ecosystem and lead a portfolio of complex, enterprise-wide projects.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People & Culture, this senior leadership role will shape the strategy, governance and performance of our P&C systems, including Oracle HCM, payroll, workforce management, recruitment, learning and service-management platforms.

You will lead significant transformation initiatives, guide technology investment and build the systems capability required to support business growth, operational performance and compliance. Working closely with senior leaders across P&C, IT, Business Applications, Finance and Procurement, you will translate enterprise priorities into an integrated technology roadmap and well-governed project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the strategic roadmap for Civeo’s P&C systems ecosystem, aligning technology investment with organisational priorities.
- Take ownership of major P&C system implementations, upgrades, integrations and replacement programs.
- Lead business-case development, vendor evaluation, commercial assessment and implementation planning.
- Establish robust governance across business requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, release management and change control.
- Provide strategic oversight of Oracle HCM, payroll, UKG Dimensions and other current and future P&C platforms.
- Represent P&C on enterprise-wide programs, steering committees and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technology and process solutions.
- Set the direction for P&C reporting infrastructure, workforce analytics and data governance.
- Maintain oversight of system investment, licensing, vendor relationships, project costs and benefits realisation.
- Lead and develop P&C systems, reporting and support resources, building technical capability and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure P&C systems and data meet legislative, privacy, security, compliance and internal audit requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Significant leadership experience across HRIS, payroll, workforce management or broader P&C technology transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading major system implementations, integrations, upgrades or replacement programs within a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Experience with Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG Dimensions or comparable enterprise HR, payroll and workforce-management platforms.
- Proven capability in strategic planning, program governance, business-case development.
- Strong commercial experience across vendor evaluation, contract management, licensing and technology investment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leaders and senior stakeholders across P&C, IT, Finance, Procurement and Business Applications.
- A strong understanding of P&C data, workforce reporting, systems governance, privacy and compliance.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to convert complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent programs within Agile, Scrum or comparable delivery environments.
- A leadership style that builds capability, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
