About the Role

As an Analyst, Information Management, you'll play a key role in helping CAA make better use of its information. Working closely with business teams, technology specialists, and project stakeholders, you'll support initiatives that improve how information is accessed, managed, protected, and retained.

This is an opportunity to combine your analytical skills, systems knowledge, and information management expertise to deliver practical improvements that support organisational performance and regulatory effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialist advice on information management practices and solutions.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify and improve information processes.

- Analyse information flows and support system enhancements.

- Advise on information security, accessibility, and governance requirements.

- Conduct privacy, information, and data risk assessments.

- Support the evaluation and implementation of new digital solutions.

- Coordinate information migration, retention, and disposal activities.

- Assist staff to effectively manage and locate information assets.

- Manage large-scale content and data updates across information systems.

- Contribute to compliance activities, audits, and information requests.

The salary band for this role is $98,689 - $120,941 . Starting salaries are based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role you'll demonstrate:

- Experience in information management, records management, or information systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Confidence working with databases and digital platforms.

- The ability to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.

- Experience developing documentation, process maps, or supporting materials.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

- An understanding of information governance, privacy, and security principles.

- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

- Confidence learning new technologies and supporting others to use them effectively.

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
