Leading Warehouse, Inventory and Facilities Excellence

We're looking for a hands-on Facility / Inventory Controller to lead our warehouse and facilities function and play a critical role in supporting our growing operations team. You'll take ownership of inventory management, warehouse operations, materials control and site facilities while leading a small team and driving improvements across safety, efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy, availability and traceability
- Managing receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials and components
- Overseeing stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reporting
- Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality teams to support operational delivery
- Coordinating day-to-day facilities activities and site maintenance requirements
- Managing contractors and service providers where required
- Leading and developing a small warehouse and facilities team
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across inventory and facility operations
- Supporting safety, compliance and quality requirements in a regulated environment
About You
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or materials management
- Leadership experience supervising or coordinating small teams
- Strong inventory control and stock management capability
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive 'find a way' approach to problem solving and improving processes
You Will Stand Out if You Bring
- Defence, aerospace, electronics or advanced manufacturing experience or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to quality management systems and inventory audits
- Forklift licence
