DESCRIPTION:
Join us as an IT Supervisor and lead a team in delivering innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll supervise technical support staff across various IT disciplines including Desktop Services and Network Communications. You'll drive service excellence through collaborative cross-functional partnerships while developing your team and implementing technical solutions that meet critical business needs. You'll ensure service levels are maintained, provide strategic direction to your team, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to shape technological solutions while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in leadership supervising technical staff
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, desktop services, or network communications
• Demonstrated project management and service delivery experience
• Excellence in team development and performance management
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work various shifts as required
• Experience with IT service level management and quality metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in flexible work arrangements
• Travel may be required
• Physical ability to perform computer work for extended periods
• Proficiency with various computer software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Excellent attendance and reliability record
