As an Application Developer specializing in Real Estate & Facilities, you will design, develop, and support applications such as IBM TRIRIGA, and related frameworks and technologies. You will utilize your strong understanding of real estate and facilities management principles, as well as proficiency in software development methodologies and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Application Components: Create and modify application components, integrating software packages, and working with various platforms to support real estate and facilities management. • Report Development and Interface Creation: Focus on report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using IBM TRIRIGA and related tools to meet business needs. • Software Integration and Support: Integrate and support software packages, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues as needed. • Collaborative Solution Delivery: Work collaboratively to deliver solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing software development methodologies and tools. • Enhance Application Functionality: Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality, utilizing knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles to inform design and development decisions. • Real Estate Principles Understanding: Experience with real estate and facilities management principles, including knowledge of industry-standard practices and concepts. • Software Development Methodologies: Experience in software development methodologies and tools, with a focus on designing, developing, and supporting applications such as IBM TRIRIGA. • IBM TRIRIGA Proficiency: Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and related frameworks and technologies, including report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements. • Application Component Development: Experience in creating and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and working with various platforms. • Technical Problem-Solving: Experience in resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless functionality in software integration and support. • Proficiency in Related Technologies: Experience with frameworks and technologies related to IBM TRIRIGA, including report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements. • Knowledge of Industry Practices: Experience with industry-standard practices and concepts in real estate and facilities management, informing design and development decisions. • Familiarity with Software Packages: Experience integrating and supporting software packages, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues as needed.
