Your main tasks
* **Customer Consulting & Software Deployment:**
Installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software solutions, combined with professional customer consulting and technical support to ensure a first-class customer experience.
* **Product Presentations & Demonstrations:**
Delivery of engaging product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing innovative CAD/CAM technologies and best practices to customers.
* **Training & Knowledge Transfer:**
Planning and execution of customer training sessions, workshops and tailored learning programmes to maximize product adoption and user success.
* **Trade Shows & Industry Events:**
Representation of OPEN MIND at national and international trade fairs, customer events and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.
Your profile
* **Technical Background:**
Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or comparable professional experience.
* **Manufacturing Expertise:**
Several years of practical experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.
* **CAD/CAM Knowledge:**
Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is beneficial but not required.
* **Additional Industry Skills:**
Experience with hyperMILL or turning applications is considered an advantage.
* **Customer Focus:**
Commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* **Analytical Thinking:**
Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
* **Independent Working Style:**
Self-motivated personality with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
* **Passion for Innovation:**
Enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovative solutions.
* **International Mindset:**
Willingness to travel and enjoy working in an international business environment.
* **Language Skills:**
Fluent Swedish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
