As an Implementation Specialist within Treasury Services Implementation Support, you manage client requests for account modifications and closures with clear ownership and transparency. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact and escalation for regional implementation support team members.
- Receive treasury services maintenance and account closing requests from service channels and initiate a formal request when required.
- Document each request in the request tracking workflow, capturing key details, dependencies, and required clarifications.
- Communicate clarification needs to Sales or Service teams so client requirements are completed for implementation.
- Ensure maintenance activities are delivered within established service level agreements.
- Consult Product or Service partners to determine risk rating and applicable procedures when a request is not covered by the risk reference materials.
- Oversee inspections and audits of completed implementations to confirm completeness and adherence to controls.
- Verify urgent requests are prioritized appropriately and handled with the required pace and attention.
- Assign requests requiring enhanced handling to experienced team members and apply special processing instructions where indicated.
- Route requests with defined processing restrictions to appropriately aligned team members to ensure compliant execution.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.
- Articulate clear, workable solutions to stakeholders in a professional, client-focused manner.
- Manage multiple requests concurrently while organizing and prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, time-critical deliveries, and shifting request volumes.
- Build a client-centered culture by acting with transparency and accountability in day-to-day execution.
- Promote collaboration, information sharing, and constructive discussion across partners to reduce silos.
