Location – Remote

Travel – 25%

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Program Manager – AV/EV to join our rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.

The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic and tactical initiatives across the AV/EV organization, supporting operational performance, customer programs, new market launches, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with AV/EV leadership, field operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. This individual will manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, develop executive-level deliverables, analyze operational performance, and ensure critical programs move from strategy through execution.

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic and tactical programs across the AV/EV segment, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and achieve defined business outcomes.

- Support new customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platform introductions from planning through stabilization.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.

- Partner with field Operations to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions across multiple markets and customers.

- Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Recruiting, Training, Finance, HR, Safety, IT, Procurement, and other business functions.

- Develop customer and executive-facing presentations, business reviews, performance reporting, launch plans, and strategic recommendations.

- Analyze operational KPIs and business data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

- Manage complex customer requests and initiatives, balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities and business requirements.

- Establish repeatable processes and operating mechanisms that allow the AV/EV segment to scale efficiently.

- Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and support escalations, business reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

- Identify risks early, drive accountability for action items, and ensure commitments are completed across multiple workstreams.

- Support AV/EV leadership with special projects, strategic planning, and other high-priority segment initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred.

- 5+ years of program, project, or operations management experience, preferably within automotive, fleet, transportation, technology, EV/AV, or another complex operational environment.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive and customer-facing materials.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to build processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive measurable continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly scaling organization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, fleet maintenance, automotive, transportation, or emerging mobility technologies.

- Experience supporting new business launches, market expansions, or large-scale operational transitions.

- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.

- Strong stakeholder-management experience across both operational and executive audiences.

- Experience working directly with customers and leading business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic initiatives.

Measures of Success

Success will be measured by the timely execution of AV/EV initiatives, successful launches and transitions, improvement in operational KPIs, quality of customer and executive deliverables, cross-functional execution, and the development of scalable processes that enable continued segment growth.
